BOOKING SERVICE CONDITIONS FOR APARTAMENTOS TURÍSTICOS PLAYA DE TAPIA

The purpose of this document is to regulate, as completely as possible, the General Contractual Conditions for the online booking services of Apartamentos Turísticos PLAYA DE TAPIA, belonging to the hospitality services company DESARROLLOS EL TROBO SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, with C.I.F B 74241126, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Asturias in Volume 3752, Sheet AS- 38942, Folio 32, 1st Inscription and with registered office at Calle Perigote 11, Tapia de Casariego, Asturias, CP 33740.

The present online booking services are intended for booking an apartment at APARTAMENTOS TURÍSTICOS PLAYA DE TAPIA.
THE USE OF OUR BOOKING SERVICE IMPLIES HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS DOCUMENT, THESE BEING AUTOMATICALLY INCORPORATED INTO THE CONTRACT SUBSCRIBED WITH APARTAMENTOS TURÍSTICOS PLAYA DE TAPIA, WITHOUT THE NEED FOR A WRITTEN TRANSCRIPTION OF THE CONTRACT.

When using this booking service, the user will receive a booking confirmation e-mail for the corresponding apartment. This e-mail serves as proof of booking.

The use of online booking services through the website www.playadetapia.com is completely free. No management fees or additional supplements will be charged. In the event of a booking cancellation by the client, the cancellation conditions explained below will apply.

To formalize a booking through our website, an advance payment of 20% of the total cost of the booking is required as a deposit. In this case, the client accepts that the cancellation conditions apply to the amount paid as a deposit.

To cancel a booking made through the online booking service, you must call: +34 985472776 or +34 627277392.

General Conditions

If a deposit has been paid, upon canceling a booking, the client will be refunded the sum received as a deposit, retaining an amount specified according to the date as compensation. Likewise, if credit card details were provided as a guarantee, the client accepts the charge of the following amounts depending on the cancellation date:

1. No amount will be charged if the booking is canceled at least 48 hours before the check-in day.
2. If the booking is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, 20% of the total cost of the booking will be charged.

Special Conditions July-August

During the summer months, the following special conditions prevail:

1. No amount will be charged if the booking is canceled at least 30 days before the check-in day.
2. If the booking is canceled less than 30 days and more than 15 days in advance, 5% of the total price of the booking will be charged.
3. If the booking is canceled less than 15 days and more than 7 days in advance, 10% of the total price of the booking will be charged.
4. If the booking is canceled less than 7 days in advance, 20% of the total booking will be charged.

Bookings made within 10 days prior to the check-in date are exempt from these special conditions, and the general conditions will apply.

The valid prices per apartment and night are those stipulated on the Apartamentos Turísticos Playa de Tapia website (www.playadetapia.com).
Apartamentos Turísticos Playa de Tapia reserves the right to modify these rates when it deems appropriate and without prior notice.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM (16:00). Check-out time: 11:00 AM (11:00).

Regardless of whether the client has paid an amount as a deposit or reservation, the payment to settle the stay will be made upon the client's arrival at the apartments. From that moment, the apartment is blocked for the client for the days of their stay. No full or partial refunds of its cost will be made, even if the client decides to leave the apartment before the scheduled date.

1. The guest agrees to use the apartment services in accordance with the law, morals, good conduct, and public order, and to respect the rules of use for common areas such as the gym and library.
2. Access by unregistered guests is not permitted without the express consent of the management.
3. Pets are not allowed, only dogs recognized as assistance animals by the competent authorities (certification will be required).
4. The services and amenities included in the apartments are described in the "Apartments" and "Rates" sections of www.playadetapia.com.

These general contracting conditions are governed by Spanish Law and Decree No. 60/1986, of April 30, on the Regulation of Tourist Apartments in the Principality of Asturias.
